Return window

By law (right of withdrawal) you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to change your mind, with no need to give a reason.

Conditions

• Bottles must be sealed, unopened and in perfect condition.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• We don't accept returns of opened, consumed or misused bottles.

How to request a return

1. Email somelye@somelye.wine with the subject "Return + your order number".
2. We'll confirm the address and the steps to send the wine back.
3. Pack the bottles securely to avoid breakage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the wine at our warehouse and check its condition, we'll issue the refund to the same payment method you used. It takes 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect order?

If your order arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email somelye@somelye.wine within 48 hours with photos and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
