30-Day Peace of Mind Window

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return with total peace of mind.

Return conditions

• We accept sealed and full bottles, bottles broken in transit with the cork still in, and opened bottles that are still nearly full. A bottle you have drunk cannot be returned.
• We email you a SEUR return label. We pay the return postage.
• If a bottle arrives broken or corked, the replacement is immediate and also costs you nothing.

How to process your return

1. Email somelye@somelye.wine or message us on WhatsApp at +34 608 469 234 with your order number.
2. We confirm your return number and send the SEUR label. You pay nothing for the return postage.
3. Pack the bottles in protective packaging and hand the parcel to SEUR following the instructions we send with the label.

Fast refund

Once the parcel reaches our warehouse and we check its condition, we refund the wines to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours. If you return within the 14-day legal withdrawal period, we also refund what you paid for the original delivery.

Damaged bottle or cork defect?

Wine is fragile and transit incidents can happen. If a bottle arrives damaged or corked, send us a picture and we will replace it immediately at zero cost.
